Sale of two Puzzle Pub Co freeholds

Coffer Corporate Leisure, the corporate disposal specialist, advised on the sale of 2 freehold properties owned by The Puzzle Pub Co. Acting for Puzzle, Coffer Corporate Leisure sold the two pubs to AIM listed pub operator Capital Pub Company for £5.75m. This transaction follows the recent sale by Coffer Corporate Leisure of 7 leasehold pubs on behalf of Puzzle to Food & Drink Group in April 2007.
