CCL handled the sale of a mixed use, single asset investment property at 24 Poland Street. The property comprises the Kati Roll Indian restaurant and 3 residential apartments arranged over the upper levels. The asset was sold on behalf of a private investment company to a Malaysian high net worth individual and on the basis of a net initial yield of 5.07%.
