Disposal of the Cobden Private Members’ Club

Coffer Corporate Leisure has completed the disposal of the Cobden club, 170 and 172 Kensal Road, W10, to the Gowerlane Group.
The Cobden is a substantial freehold property over ground, first and second floors, located on the north side of Kensal Road to the east of Ladbroke Grove and immediately to the south of the Grand Union Canal.
The 10,000 sq ft former private members’ club now has planning consent for a 2,500 sq ft gallery on the ground floor, with flats above.
