Acquisition of trophy Leicester Square investment

Coffer Corporate Leisure has confirmed the recent acquisition of a mixed use leisure and office building in the heart of Leicester Square on behalf of a private UK client.
The acquisition, for over £20 million, comprises a property with a number of leisure occupiers over ground and basement with 6 floors of offices above. The private client will be reviewing a number of asset management options for the property in the medium term.
