Investment acquisition of Jamie’s Italian, Bristol

Coffer Corporate Leisure has completed the acquisition of 87-89 Park Street, Bristol for £2.95 million in an off-market transaction.

Acting for a private client, Coffer Corporate Leisure acquired the landmark Grade II Listed Building, which occupies a prominent position in the affluent area of Clifton, opposite the University of Bristol. The property is arranged as a large restaurant unit, let in its entirety to Jamie’s Italian.
